Watermark, logo, metadata, and provenance tools are provided for legitimate editing, privacy, accessibility, security, research, and authorized production workflows. Before using them, you represent and warrant that you own the content or have all permissions required to process and distribute the result.
Removing a visible mark or embedded manifest does not transfer copyright, create a license, prove ownership, make content non-infringing, or eliminate disclosure obligations. Results may be incomplete and may irreversibly remove metadata. We do not verify your authority or provide legal advice.
You must preserve an unmodified original and add or retain any disclosure required for synthetic or materially manipulated content.
Violations may result in immediate account suspension and content removal.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.
Without limiting the foregoing, we are not liable for claims arising from your content, lack of rights or consent, removal or loss of watermarks or provenance information, failure to make required AI or editing disclosures, reliance on an output as authentic or compliant, or your distribution or other use of an output.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AISOLO Technologies Private Limited and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable legal costs arising from your content, use or misuse of the Service, outputs you create or distribute, violation of these Terms or law, or violation of another person's rights.
Some jurisdictions may not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
