These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and AISOLO Technologies Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), operator of BGBlur.com and associated services ("Platform", "Services"). By accessing, using, or registering on the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are under 18 years of age, you may only use the Platform under parental supervision and consent. Users representing entities warrant they have authority to bind such entities to these Terms.

2. Service Description

BGBlur provides AI-powered video and image editing services including:

  • Background, face, license plate, and object blurring
  • Real-time motion tracking and blur application
  • Batch processing for multiple videos and images
  • Privacy protection tools for content creators
  • Export in multiple formats (MP4, MOV, WebM, JPEG, PNG)
  • Adult content processing (18+ users only)

Services are accessed via bgblur.com using cloud-based processing systems. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without notice.

3. User Eligibility and Account Requirements

To use the Platform, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old for NSFW content processing
  • Provide accurate registration information
  • Maintain secure account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all account activities
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Account security is your responsibility. You must immediately notify us at support@explainx.ai of any unauthorized access or security breaches. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations.

4. Payment Terms and Credits

Payment Structure:

  • Users purchase credits before processing videos and images
  • Credits are consumed based on file size and complexity
  • All payments are processed through Stripe
  • Pricing is displayed transparently before purchase

No Refund Policy:

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL - No refunds will be provided
  • Credits are non-refundable once purchased
  • Processing fees are paid to third-party services immediately
  • Service interruptions do not qualify for refunds
  • Unused credits remain valid in your account

Billing:

  • Payments processed in USD via Stripe
  • You authorize charges to your payment method
  • Taxes calculated based on your location
  • Receipt provided via email after purchase

5. Content and Data Handling

File Processing:

  • Uploaded videos and images are processed using our AI models
  • Files are temporarily stored for processing purposes only
  • ALL FILES ARE AUTOMATICALLY DELETED WITHIN 24 HOURS
  • We may change retention periods in the future with notice

Data Usage:

  • Files are currently NOT used for AI model training
  • We reserve the right to use content for model improvement in the future
  • Aggregated, anonymous usage analytics may be collected
  • No personal information is shared with third parties

User Content Rights:

  • You retain all rights to your original content
  • You grant us a limited license to process your content
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to uploaded content
  • Processed files belong to you and may be used commercially

6. Acceptable Use Policy

Permitted Uses:

  • Personal and commercial video and image editing
  • Privacy protection for social media content
  • Professional content creation and editing
  • Adult content processing (18+ users only)

Prohibited Activities:

  • Uploading illegal content or content violating others' rights
  • Processing content involving minors in inappropriate contexts
  • Using the service to harass, threaten, or harm others
  • Attempting to reverse engineer or compromise our systems
  • Sharing account credentials or circumventing usage limits
  • Uploading malware, viruses, or malicious content

Violations may result in immediate account suspension and content removal.

7. Adult Content Policy

Adult Content Guidelines:

  • NSFW content processing is permitted for users 18+ only
  • Users must verify their age before processing adult content
  • Adult content must comply with applicable laws
  • We do not moderate or review adult content beyond automated systems
  • Users are solely responsible for legal compliance of their content

Disclaimer:

  • We do not endorse or promote adult content
  • Age verification is user's responsibility
  • Adult content is subject to same 24-hour deletion policy
  • All adult content processing is automated without human review

8. Intellectual Property Rights

Platform Rights:

  • All Platform technology, algorithms, and software are our property
  • Users may not reverse engineer, copy, or distribute our technology
  • BGBlur name, logo, and branding are our trademarks

User Rights:

  • You retain ownership of your original content
  • You own the processed/edited files we create for you
  • You may use processed content for any legal purpose
  • You grant us limited rights to process and deliver your content

Third-Party Rights:

  • Users must respect intellectual property rights of others
  • Infringement claims should be reported to support@explainx.ai
  • We will respond to valid DMCA takedown notices

9. Service Availability and Support

Service Level:

  • We strive for high availability but make no guarantees
  • Maintenance windows may cause temporary service interruptions
  • Processing times may vary based on system load
  • We are not liable for service outages or delays

  • We aim to respond within 24-48 hours
  • Support is provided in English only
  • Technical issues will be addressed on a best-effort basis

10. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES:

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

Some jurisdictions may not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

12. Termination

User Termination:

  • Unused credits are forfeited upon voluntary account deletion

  • We may discontinue the service with 30 days notice
  • Upon termination, all user data will be deleted per our retention policy

13. Governing Law and Disputes

Governing Law:

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India
  • Disputes will be resolved under Indian jurisdiction
  • Courts in Mumbai, India have exclusive jurisdiction

Dispute Resolution:

  • Users agree to attempt informal resolution first
  • Contact support@explainx.ai for dispute resolution
  • Formal disputes subject to binding arbitration in Mumbai, India
  • Class action lawsuits are waived

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting updated terms on the Platform. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified Terms. For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice via email or platform notification.

Users who disagree with changes should discontinue use of the Platform.
