By accessing, using, or registering on the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are under 18 years of age, you may only use the Platform under parental supervision and consent. Users representing entities warrant they have authority to bind such entities to these Terms.
BGBlur provides AI-powered video and photo editing services including: • Background, face, license plate, and object blurring • Real-time motion tracking and blur application • Batch processing for multiple videos/images • Privacy protection tools for content creators • Export in multiple formats (MP4, MOV, WebM) • Adult content processing (18+ users only) Services are accessed via bgblur.com using cloud-based processing systems. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without notice.
To use the Platform, you must: • Be at least 18 years old for NSFW content processing • Provide accurate registration information • Maintain secure account credentials • Accept responsibility for all account activities • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations Account security is your responsibility. You must immediately notify us at [email protected] of any unauthorized access or security breaches. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations.
Payment Structure: • Users purchase credits before processing videos • Credits are consumed based on video length and complexity • All payments are processed through Stripe • Pricing is displayed transparently before purchase No Refund Policy: • ALL SALES ARE FINAL - No refunds will be provided • Credits are non-refundable once purchased • Processing fees are paid to third-party services immediately • Service interruptions do not qualify for refunds • Unused credits remain valid in your account Billing: • Payments processed in USD via Stripe • You authorize charges to your payment method • Taxes calculated based on your location • Receipt provided via email after purchase
Video Processing: • Uploaded videos are processed using our AI models • Videos are temporarily stored for processing purposes only • ALL VIDEOS ARE AUTOMATICALLY DELETED WITHIN 24 HOURS • We may change retention periods in the future with notice Data Usage: • Videos are currently NOT used for AI model training • We reserve the right to use content for model improvement in the future • Aggregated, anonymous usage analytics may be collected • No personal information is shared with third parties User Content Rights: • You retain all rights to your original content • You grant us a limited license to process your content • You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to uploaded content • Processed videos belong to you and may be used commercially
Permitted Uses: • Personal and commercial video editing • Privacy protection for social media content • Professional content creation and editing • Adult content processing (18+ users only) • Legitimate creative and educational uses of deepfake technology Prohibited Activities: • Uploading illegal content or content violating others' rights • Processing content involving minors in inappropriate contexts • Using the service to harass, threaten, or harm others • Attempting to reverse engineer or compromise our systems • Sharing account credentials or circumventing usage limits • Uploading malware, viruses, or malicious content • Creating deepfakes for fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal purposes • Creating non-consensual intimate imagery or deepfake pornography • Impersonating individuals for political manipulation or disinformation • Creating deepfakes that violate privacy rights or defame individuals • Using deepfake technology to bypass identity verification systems • Creating content that could cause harm, distress, or financial loss to others Violations may result in immediate account suspension, content removal, and potential legal action.
IMPORTANT: USER RESPONSIBILITY FOR DEEPFAKE CONTENT Our Platform provides deepfake and AI-powered image/video manipulation technology. BY USING THESE FEATURES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE: User Obligations: • You are solely responsible for all content created using our deepfake tools • You must obtain explicit consent from any person whose likeness you manipulate • You must have legal rights to use source materials (images, videos, voices) • You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws • You must disclose that content is AI-generated or manipulated where legally required Prohibited Deepfake Uses: • Creating non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII) or pornography • Impersonating individuals for fraud, financial gain, or identity theft • Creating misleading political content or election interference materials • Defaming, harassing, or causing emotional distress to individuals • Violating intellectual property, publicity, or privacy rights • Creating content involving minors in any inappropriate context • Bypassing biometric authentication or identity verification systems • Any use that violates criminal laws including fraud, extortion, or harassment Legal Compliance: • You must comply with all deepfake disclosure laws in your jurisdiction • You are responsible for watermarking or labeling AI-generated content as required • You must respect personality rights, image rights, and publicity rights • Criminal misuse may be reported to law enforcement authorities Company Position: • WE DO NOT ENDORSE, VERIFY, OR APPROVE USER-GENERATED DEEPFAKE CONTENT • WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR HOW YOU USE DEEPFAKE TECHNOLOGY • WE DISCLAIM ALL LIABILITY FOR USER MISUSE OF DEEPFAKE TOOLS • WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE ACCOUNTS FOR POLICY VIOLATIONS • WE MAY COOPERATE WITH LAW ENFORCEMENT INVESTIGATIONS Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company from any claims, lawsuits, damages, or legal liability arising from your creation, distribution, or use of deepfake content.
Adult Content Guidelines: • NSFW content processing is permitted for users 18+ only • Users must verify their age before processing adult content • Adult content must comply with applicable laws • We do not moderate or review adult content beyond automated systems • Users are solely responsible for legal compliance of their content • Creating non-consensual intimate imagery using our tools is strictly prohibited Disclaimer: • We do not endorse or promote adult content • Age verification is user's responsibility • Adult content is subject to same 24-hour deletion policy • All adult content processing is automated without human review • Users creating adult content must ensure all depicted individuals have provided consent
Platform Rights: • All Platform technology, algorithms, and software are our property • Users may not reverse engineer, copy, or distribute our technology • BGBlur name, logo, and branding are our trademarks User Rights: • You retain ownership of your original content • You own the processed/edited videos we create for you • You may use processed content for any legal purpose • You grant us limited rights to process and deliver your content Third-Party Rights: • Users must respect intellectual property rights of others • Infringement claims should be reported to [email protected] • We will respond to valid DMCA takedown notices

DEEPFAKE TECHNOLOGY DISCLAIMER: OUR PLATFORM PROVIDES DEEPFAKE AND AI-POWERED IMAGE/VIDEO MANIPULATION TOOLS. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT: • YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR USE OF DEEPFAKE TECHNOLOGY • WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR HOW YOU USE GENERATED CONTENT • YOU MUST OBTAIN ALL NECESSARY RIGHTS, PERMISSIONS, AND CONSENTS BEFORE CREATING DEEPFAKES OF ANY PERSON • YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR COMPLIANCE WITH ALL APPLICABLE LAWS INCLUDING DEFAMATION, PRIVACY, PUBLICITY RIGHTS, AND ANTI-FRAUD LAWS • WE DO NOT ENDORSE, VERIFY, OR VALIDATE THE LEGALITY OR APPROPRIATENESS OF USER-GENERATED CONTENT • YOU ASSUME ALL LEGAL RISK AND LIABILITY FOR CONTENT YOU CREATE USING OUR PLATFORM • WE HAVE NO OBLIGATION TO MONITOR USER CONTENT BUT RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REMOVE CONTENT THAT VIOLATES OUR POLICIES • MISUSE OF DEEPFAKE TECHNOLOGY MAY RESULT IN CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LIABILITY YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD US HARMLESS FROM ANY CLAIMS, DAMAGES, OR LEGAL ACTIONS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR DEEPFAKE TOOLS. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, REPUTATIONAL HARM, OR LEGAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF DEEPFAKE TECHNOLOGY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS. Some jurisdictions may not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

Governing Law: • These Terms are governed by the laws of India • Disputes will be resolved under Indian jurisdiction • Courts in Mumbai, India have exclusive jurisdiction Dispute Resolution: • Users agree to attempt informal resolution first • Contact [email protected] for dispute resolution • Formal disputes subject to binding arbitration in Mumbai, India • Class action lawsuits are waived
